Bellevue Police Arrest Husband in Homicide of 27-Year-Old Woman

The Bellevue Police Department has announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with a homicide investigation that began in October 2025.

On Friday, June 26, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Major Crimes detectives conducted a follow-up interview with the victim’s spouse, a 30-year-old man. Based on evidence gathered during the investigation and statements made during interviews, officers placed the suspect under arrest on one count of first-degree homicide.

The suspect was processed at the Bellevue Police Department and booked into the King County Jail, where he is being held on $5 million bail. The investigation remains ongoing, and Bellevue Police will continue to update this story as it unfolds.

The case dates back to Monday, October 27, 2025, when Bellevue Police responded to a call for service at approximately 7:23 p.m. in the 13700 block of NE 10th Street. Officers arriving at the residence found a woman unresponsive. The Bellevue Fire Department attempted life-saving measures, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following standard procedure for all death reports, the department opened an investigation. Detectives determined that the circumstances surrounding the 27-year-old woman’s death appeared suspicious, and the Investigations Division continued working the case.

In December 2025, following a report from the King County Medical Examiner’s Office, Bellevue Police announced it was investigating the death as a homicide. That investigation ultimately led to the June 26 arrest.
