Seattle Marriott Bellevue is the full-service Marriott tower at 200 110th Ave NE, on the corner of NE 2nd Street in east-central downtown — inside the core but on its I-405 side, a block west of 112th and, per Marriott, within walking distance of Meydenbauer Center and Bellevue Square. It opened in July 2015 as the first full-service Marriott in Bellevue and still reads that way: 17 stories, 17 event rooms totaling roughly 19,700 square feet with a ballroom Marriott sizes for a 310-guest wedding, the M Club lounge, Amuse Restaurant and Amuse Bar off the lobby, a Fresh Bites in-room menu, a convenience store, and a complimentary fitness center with free weights and a Peloton bike. Marriott lists it as LEED-certified and AAA Three Diamond, and the upper-floor rooms are sold on their views of Bellevue or the Cascades.

DBN watched this corner for years before the hotel existed: a 16-story Courtyard by Marriott was proposed for the vacant lot in 2011, an Indiana developer bought the site in 2012 and upgraded the plan to a full-service Marriott, and the finished tower opened with 384 rooms in July 2015. Since then the hotel has turned up in DBN’s coverage as a Chamber luncheon venue, a FlySea airport-shuttle stop, and, most recently, on the Berry Week list for Amuse Bar’s cocktails. As of August 2026 marriott.com also promotes a free pilot shuttle between the hotel and Bellevue Downtown Station.

It is the choice for a Bonvoy traveler who wants a lounge, a ballroom, and a full restaurant under one roof; for the Collection-side hotels and the smaller boutiques see our guide to downtown Bellevue hotels.

Logistics

Getting There & When to Go

You are on the east side of the downtown grid: 110th Ave NE runs straight north to NE 4th and the Collection, and valet is the only on-site parking.

Getting There & Parking

  • Drive: Valet only, for a daily fee plus tax; marriott.com states there is no self-parking. An EV charging station is on site. If you want to self-park, the Bellevue Square garages are free and a walk west.
  • Light rail: 2 Line to Bellevue Downtown Station, then walk south on 110th Ave NE to NE 2nd St, or, as of August 2026, ride the free weekday Bellevue Light Rail Shuttle the hotel promotes on marriott.com — see our light rail guide
  • On foot: The entrance is on 110th Ave NE at NE 2nd. Meydenbauer Center is a few blocks north, The Bravern is northeast at NE 8th and 110th, and Old Main is a few blocks south and west; Bellevue Square is a longer walk west along NE 4th or NE 2nd.

Best Times to Go

Weekday business travel and Meydenbauer Center conventions set the pace; weekends are calmer and the ballroom floor turns to weddings and events. Book early for December and for the summer festival calendar, and ask for a high floor if the forecast is clear.

What’s Nearby

You are between Old Main and The Bravern, so dinner is a short walk either way: try El Gaucho a couple of blocks west on 108th for the steakhouse night, John Howie Steak at The Bravern to the northeast, or Wild Ginger in the same Bravern complex for Pacific Rim plates.

Good to Know

As of August 2026: pets welcome, two per room, for a non-refundable fee per pet; minimum check-in age 18; smoke-free property; a paid airport and cruise shuttle with reservations required; on-site laundry, convenience store, and business center. The M Club is included with lounge-access rooms and complimentary for eligible Bonvoy elites, with a day pass sold to others. Check-in is in the afternoon; the marriott.com overview page carries current policies.
