HEI Hospitality Group recently filed an application to reinstate plans for a 16-story Courtyard by Marriott hotel in downtown Bellevue.
The proposed hotel would be located at 200 110th Ave. NE, 2 blocks south of the Bellevue Transit Center. The plans include 378 guestrooms, a 142-seat restaurant and lounge, 297 parking spaces, and 14,200 square feet of meeting rooms and banquet space, according to an article in the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Connecticut-based HEI Hospitality Group filed the original application in 2007, but it was tabled in 2008, according to the article. The downtown Bellevue project is the company’s first investment in the Pacific Northwest.
