The Bellevue Collection

Hermès Bellevue — listed on hermes.com as Hermès Seattle, though it has never been anywhere but downtown Bellevue — is the house’s only boutique in the Pacific Northwest, at 11111 NE 8th St, Suite 115, in The Shops at The Bravern. It holds the NE 8th Street side of the center, the orange doors visible from the arrival court and the garage ramp, a few doors from Louis Vuitton and Prada. The Bravern describes it as encompassing all 14 product categories of the house, and names the pieces people cross the lake for: leather goods including the Birkin and Kelly, fine silk scarves and ties, and men’s cashmere. It is not in Bellevue Square; the Collection has never had an Hermès.

DBN reported the tenant announcement in September 2008, when The Bravern said the French house would make Bellevue its first Pacific Northwest location in a 2,100-square-foot store, and covered the October 2009 opening a month after the rest of the center — Hermès opened on its own schedule and, at the time, was the only Bravern store closed on Sundays. By April 2014 the Bravern was promising a two-floor, 9,300-square-foot expansion; in May 2015 city permits showed Prada taking the original space and Hermès moving to a larger spot closer to NE 8th, and by January 2016, when Prada opened in the old suite, the move was done. The boutique has been in its current quarters since that summer of 2015.

It is the stop for a milestone gift, a first scarf, or a visitor who wants the Bravern luxury loop in one afternoon. For the rest of downtown’s stores, browse our downtown Bellevue shopping directory.

“Hermès opened a month late, closed on Sundays, and outgrew its first store in five years; the Bravern has been built around it ever since.” — DBN Editors

What You’ll Find

What You’ll Find at Hermès Bellevue

The categories below are the ones The Bravern names for this boutique; the house itself publishes nothing store-specific beyond the address.

The Anchor Department

Leather Goods

The Bravern’s directory names the Birkin and Kelly outright: handbags, wallets and small leather goods handcrafted the way the house has done it since 1837. Availability of specific bags is never published — ask in store.

The Signature

Silk Scarves & Ties

Fine silk is the house’s other calling card, and The Bravern lists scarves and ties for this boutique. DBN has covered Hermès scarf-tying sessions at the center’s seasonal showcases for a decade.

The Wardrobe

Ready-to-Wear

Men’s cashmere is called out by name in the Bravern description; the boutique carries the house’s ready-to-wear alongside the accessories most people come for.

The Full House

All 14 Categories

The Bravern describes the store as encompassing all 14 product categories of the house — the whole métier range under one roof, which is why the 2015 move into larger quarters mattered.

Where it sits on price: Hermès sits at the very top of downtown Bellevue’s price ladder, level with Louis Vuitton a few doors away: full-price luxury, no discounting, where a silk scarf or a small leather good is the way in and the handbags are the destination. Treat it as the splurge stop on the Bravern loop, not the browse.

Logistics

Getting There & When to Go

The boutique is on the NE 8th Street face of The Bravern, and the garage entrance on NE 8th is right beside it — the easiest luxury stop to reach by car in downtown.

Getting There & Parking

  • Drive: The Bravern garage, entered from NE 8th Street beside the Hermès store or from 110th Ave NE; self-park and take the elevators to Level 2 of the Shops, which connects to Levels 1 and 3. Valet is available at the arrival courts on NE 8th and 110th Ave NE. The Bravern’s visitor page does not publish a validation or free-hours policy.
  • Light rail: 2 Line to Bellevue Downtown Station, then a short walk north along 112th Ave NE to The Bravern’s NE 8th Street side — see our light rail guide
  • On foot: The store faces NE 8th Street at the center’s northeast side; the Shops’ pedestrian entrances are on NE 8th and 110th Ave NE. From Bellevue Square, walk east along NE 8th across the freeway lid.

Best Times to Go

Weekday afternoons are the quiet window and the best time for a considered conversation with a sales associate; Saturdays and the December run-up bring the crowd, and anything scarce is gone before the weekend. Summer tourist season and the Bravern’s fall fashion events are the other busy stretches.

Make It a Day

You are inside the same center as some of downtown’s best dinners: try John Howie Steak a few doors along the Shops for the steakhouse night, Wild Ginger in the same center for Southeast Asian plates, or Black Bottle a short walk away for small plates and a bar night.

Good to Know

As of September 2026 hermes.com publishes only the address and phone for this boutique — no store-level stock, waitlist or appointment information — so call ahead for anything specific. The Bravern lists Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci and Bottega Veneta among the neighbors, so plan the luxury loop in one visit.
