Lucky Strike Bellevue in Downtown Bellevue.
Sixteen lanes, an arcade, two bars and two dance floors on the second level of Lincoln Square North — the bowling alley that opened as a lounge in 2008 and still runs downtown’s big group nights.
Lucky Strike Bellevue is the bowling alley on the second level of Lincoln Square North, above the shops on the corner of NE 8th Street and Bellevue Way and one floor below the Cinemark theaters: 16 lanes, the Power Play arcade, billiards and air hockey, a sports bar and grill, and two dance floors that turn the room into a club after the early crowd clears. It is the only bowling alley in downtown Bellevue, and by design it is as much a lounge as an alley — low light, booth seating along the lanes, DJs on weekend nights, and a 21-and-over door after eight.
DBN was there before it opened. We covered the July 2007 reports that Lucky Strike would take the second-floor space, the exterior reveal that December, and the January 2008 walk-through of a 23,000-square-foot room split into the biggest lounge downtown, the Luxe with its four private lanes, and the alley itself — downtown’s first bowling since the last alley closed in 1992. Power Play, the 150-station arcade, followed in October 2009. Justin Bieber and Russell Wilson bowled a Sunday game here in 2014, and a 2022 permit brought a permanent stage, a new bar and new seating.
Book it for the group: birthdays before eight, the office night out, the rainy Saturday with visitors who have already done Bellevue Square. Solo bowlers looking for league lanes and cheap shoes should know this is the upscale version, priced accordingly. What’s Here at Lucky Strike Bellevue
It was designed as a lounge with lanes in it, and the floor still works that way.
Sixteen Lanes, Some of Them Private
Sixteen lanes with lane-side lounge seating and screens over the pins; the private lanes in the party area come with their own bar for groups.
Power Play
The arcade DBN watched open in October 2009 with 150 game stations — racing simulators, skill games and prize counters, now folded into the main floor.
Sports Bar & Grill Menu
Birria tacos, wings, a double smash burger, a Mike’s Hot Honey pepperoni pizza and shareable samplers, plus signature cocktails like the espresso martini.
Billiards, Air Hockey & Two Dance Floors
Pool tables and air hockey between the lanes and the bar; DJs and video art take over the two dance floors on weekend nights.
Private Parties & VIP Tables
Lane packages, private rooms and full buyouts book up to six months ahead, with event planners on staff and VIP tables for nightlife events.

Getting There & When to Go
Same building as the movies and the dumplings, so the logistics are the Collection’s: garage below, sky bridge from the Square, escalators up.
Getting There & Parking
- Drive: Park in the Lincoln Square garage and bring the ticket up for validation: on weekdays until eight in the evening the first three hours are free with validation, and after that, plus all day Saturday and Sunday, parking is free with no validation, per The Bellevue Collection. Bellevue Square’s garages across Bellevue Way are free anytime and connect by the sky bridge into Lincoln Square North.
- Light rail: 2 Line to Bellevue Downtown Station, then a roughly 12-minute walk west along NE 8th Street; Lincoln Square North is the tower on the southeast corner at Bellevue Way — see our light rail guide
- On foot: From the Bellevue Way lobby take the escalators to Level 2; from Bellevue Square, the sky bridge over Bellevue Way lands you in the same building. The Cinemark theaters are on Level 3 and Din Tai Fung is at street level.
Best Times to Go
Friday and Saturday nights are the wait, and after eight the room turns 21 and over. Weekday afternoons and early evenings are the family and birthday window with lanes to spare. Rainy weekends and school breaks fill the arcade first. Book a lane ahead for any group larger than a car.
Make It a Night
You are inside the Collection’s entertainment wing: pair the lanes with a movie at Cinemark Lincoln Square one floor up, IMAX included, dumplings at Din Tai Fung at street level in the same building, or a late plate at Earls Kitchen + Bar downstairs on Bellevue Way.
Good to Know
As of September 2026: all ages until eight at night, 21 and over after, with ID checked at the door. Lanes reserve online up to eight days out; parties, private lanes and buyouts book up to six months ahead through the events team. A kids’ menu runs alongside the bar menu, and the arcade sits inside the same footprint, so a family visit and a night out use the same door at different hours.
