The Essex On The Park condominiums presentation center is now open for viewing at 15 103rd Ave NE. The presentation center, like it’s actual location, is located in with close proximity to Main Street and the Bellevue Downtown Park. Unfortunately it is not an open presentation center, you must make a scheduled reservation for a viewing.
The nine-story, 32-unit building, offers a generous average of 2,200 sq ft for each home.
The Essex on the Park has still not broken ground, but is slated to in 2008 with first occupancy in late 2010.
