Bellevue Towers Penthouse Returns to Market at $4.75 Million

A penthouse on the 42nd floor of Bellevue Towers south tower has returned to the market with an asking price of $4,750,000. Unit #4202 is located at 10700 NE 4th Street.

The condo measures 3,406 square feet and includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a TV room/den that can be converted into a third bedroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame west-facing views of Lake Washington, Mount Rainier, the Olympic Mountains, and the Seattle skyline. At the current price, the home is offered at roughly $1,395 per square foot.

Interior finishes include quartzite and Calacatta stone surfaces, a statement gas fireplace, and Lutron motorized shades throughout. The unit also comes with two private decks, three parking spaces (one with EV charging), and a large storage room.

The new listing comes less than eight months after the penthouse last changed hands. Unit #4202 was listed in April 2025 for $4,740,000; after a price reduction that fall, it sold in December 2025 for $4.35 million — $400,000 below today’s asking price. The condo previously sold in August 2020 for $4.175 million, and in 2013 for $2.275 million.

Since then, the current owner has made a six-figure investment in the home’s technology, installing a new Crestron home-automation system and converting all of the lighting to LED, according to listing broker Matt Goyer of Urban Living.

Goyer also points to a recent sale in the building to support the new price: the unit directly below, which shares a very similar floor plan but is not nearly as updated, recently sold for $4.6 million. Compared with that home, he says, #4202 offers a much newer kitchen that opens to the living space, an updated primary bathroom, modern lighting and home automation, and better views to the north.

“It is difficult to do the view justice in photos,” Goyer told Downtown Bellevue Network. “The view stretches from Mt. Rainier to the south all the way to Mt. Baker, which is visible from the primary bedroom.” Goyer, who has spent evenings in the home, calls the sunsets “epic” — followed by “an amazing view of the Bellevue city lights with the Seattle skyline in the background.”

Monthly homeowner association (HOA) dues are $3,059 and cover gas, central hot water, earthquake insurance, and grounds maintenance. Building amenities include a 24/7 concierge, a spa with sauna, a fitness center, a theater room, a dining area with kitchen, a pet area, and a half-acre landscaped garden with a waterfall feature. Goyer describes Bellevue Towers as a well-managed building whose amenity spaces have recently been refreshed, with an HOA that is “very well-funded, with dues that are low relative to many other buildings.”

Completed in 2009, Bellevue Towers remains one of the tallest residential towers in Bellevue, with 539 residences across twin 42- and 43-story buildings at NE 4th Street and 106th Avenue NE, a short walk from Downtown Park and the Bellevue Collection. The project was the largest LEED Gold-certified residential development in the Pacific Northwest when it opened.

Penthouse #4105, a 3,403-square-foot two-bedroom in the neighboring tower, was listed in November 2024 for $4,999,888 and sold in February 2025 for $4.8 million. For a wider look at how the market has been trending, see our Bellevue condo market year in review.
