Darcy Kovacs and Michelle Jackling’s Skin and Soul, now open in downtown Bellevue, will celebrate its grand opening at 10am-8pm Saturday, September 25th. Skin and Soul offers tattoos, massage, piercing, art and gifts.
During the grand opening, henna tattoos will be available at 11am-2pm, and custom hat painting and airbrush tattoos will be available at 1pm-5pm. All 1-hour massages cost $50; walk-ins are accepted. All retail will be 20 percent off and all piercing and tattoos will be 10 percent off. Seattle’s only all organic ice cream truck, Parfait, will be in the parking lot at 5:30pm-8pm.
