Bellevue Towers Reaches 80 Percent SoldAs of this week, Bellevue Towers is 80 percent sold.

Bellevue Towers has sold 178 homes this year, bringing in more than $285 million in revenue and pushing the project to 80 percent sold, according to a press statement.

The condominiums are priced from $469,000 to more than $2 million. However, the majority of the remaining homes fall in the $800,000 to $1.1 million range.

Bellevue Towers consists of 539 spacious homes in two towers, with city, lake, or mountain views. The condominiums are located at the intersection of NE 4th Street and 106th Avenue NE in downtown Bellevue.
