Downtown Bellevue QFC Store Expansion and Remodel Complete

The QFC grocery store in downtown Bellevue at 8th street has recently completed a remodel and expansion. The store now has an additional 6,000 square feet of retail space. Notable additions include the following:

  • Cork & Tap – Bar area that will serve beer and wine 7 days a week from 11AM – 8PM. Cork & Tap will also feature a growler fill-up station that has rotating craft brews.
  • Updated and expanded bakery
  • Relocated and expanded Starbucks
  • New organic bulk foods section
  • Expanded kitchen and cookware items for sale

The expansion is reported to have cost $6.7M. Space for this expansion became available when Mr J Culinary Essentials closed.

The QFC in downtown Bellevue dates back to 1968 when it first opened.
