WeWork, currently located at Lincoln Square South, has confirmed that they are expanding in Bellevue. They will be occupying space in Bellevue Place and Summit II Tower. WeWork at Summit II Tower would occupy 119,000 square feet on floors 8 through 12, according to a recent report in the Puget Sound Business Journal. Per WeWork’s website, the Bellevue Place location is set to open soon.

WeWork opened in downtown Bellevue in early 2017 as a part of the Lincoln Square expansion. They currently occupy 80,000 square feet, including floors 5 through 7. The 5th floor features their main event lounge, which is designed like an open living room.

Offering shared office spaces in a community setting, WeWork has multiple membership options like a private office, dedicated desk, hot desk, and custom buildout, depending on the desired amount of space. Amenities include daily cleaning, fast internet, micro-roasted coffee, private phone booths, office supplies, front desk service and more.

All members have access to the WeWork app, which is a digital platform that enables its associates to connect with other members and interact with their space. There are also professional and social events for members to be able to network with each other.
