Downtown Bellevue’s newest poke restaurant, “Poke Lover” recently opened at 10660 NE 8th St.

According to their website, Poke Lover prides themselves on, “Serving high quality, marinated poke with flavors that accentuate the food. We meticulously craft our flavors to ensure to keep your mouth happy, while showcasing our love for high quality ingredients. Your mouth will thank you once you have tried our poke bowls.”

The restaurant offers options to build your own bowl in three sizes: salad (no scoops), regular (2 scoops), or large (3 scoops). From there you choose the type of base that you want, a protein, your toppings, as well as sauces on the side.

Online order is available via Poke Lover’s website if you want to order in advance.

This is Poke Lover’s fourth restaurant in the greater Seattle area. There are currently stores in downtown Seattle, Ballard, and University District. There is future store planned for Columbia Tower in Seattle.
