Bosa Development is planning to build a 21-story tower across the street from their current project, One88.
According to public records, Bosa Development bought the corner lot on 105th Avenue Northeast, which was where Sushi Maru used to be located. This purchase was for $11 million.
The tower is projected to include 77 residents. Hossein Amanat, who designed One88, will also be the architect for this new project.
Their current project, One88, was the first condominium building in Bellevue in nearly a decade. Residences are still for sale, with the majority of units already being sold.
