Report: Facebook Plans Leases in Three Bellevue Towers
Facebook looks to occupy leases in three Bellevue Towers – Picture of Skyline Tower

Last week, we reported that Facebook is looking to expand on the Eastside in Bellevue’s Spring District. According to Puget Sound Business Journal, while the company considers a large space in the Spring District, they are planning to sign short-term leases in downtown Bellevue.

Facebook is planning to lease space in three different towers; Skyline Tower, Key Center, and Civica Office Commons. According to the article, they may be renting up to two floors in each building.

The report indicates that the company viewed space in the 11-story office tower being built by Wright Runstad and Company. The projected date of completion for move-in is slated to be in January 2020. The building will total about 316,000 square feet.

Facebook is currently located in South Lake Union and Redmond. As they are quickly growing in this region, the company is expected to expand from its current 700,000 square feet of office space in Willows Road Corridor.
