According to a City of Bellevue permit that has been submitted, Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea will open at The Shops at The Bravern. The retail space will transform to cafe with new construction for a kitchen, storefront and signage.

Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea features old-fashioned premium tea that is made with real ingredients like organic cane sugar, seasonal fresh fruits and other natural components. They apply authentic Taiwanese tea brewing techniques along with a process that is handcrafted to prepare their beverages.

Offerings on the menu include drinks like tea, fruit tea, tea latte, traditional tastes like “Grass Jelly Tea” and “Sugar Cane Latte”, salted creama like “Salted Green Tea” and yakult tea.

The Shop’s name comes from the owner’s grandmother. The drink that has been the most popular at other franchises, “Yifang Fruit Tea”, is made from her secret recipe.

Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea has stores open throughout the United States like California, Georgia and Washington. Although there are locations in Lynwood and Seattle, this will be the first to open on the Eastside.
