According to a release from Quadrant Homes, a Bellevue-based builder, they recently announced plans to open a new community in Bellevue’s Spring District. The community, Lario, will be made up of townhomes and is expected to open in 2020.

The new community will feature high-end finishes, open concept floor plans and easy access to local companies like REI, Facebook, University of Washington’s Global Innovation Exchange and the new light rail station. As stated by Ken Krivanec, president of Quadrant Homes, “Our findings have led us to offer rooftop entertainment spaces, abundant windows, and the latest home technology like electric vehicle chargers and whole home voice control.”

Scheduled to open in March 2020, Lario will include 46 townhomes starting in the $800s. The size will range from 1,160 to 2,136 square feet. Buyers can choose between floor plans featuring two to four bedrooms.

Quadrant Homes also plans to develop a new community in Kirkland’s Totem Lake, Vareze.

The Bellevue-based builder sells homes throughout Puget Sound. Quadrant Homes has been in business since 1969. They have won multiple awards for product design, best home design and best single family home.
