An application for design review has been submitted by Fana Group of Companies, a real estate investment and development company, to the City of Bellevue. The proposed project, “FANA 305”, is a 33-story, mixed-use tower on 108th Avenue Northeast, where Compass Real Estate currently resides at Plaza 305.

According to the permit, the 33-story high rise will contain a hotel, restaurant and residential units. The completed project is planned to have 236 stalls in a below grade parking garage. The total area of the building is proposed to be about 381,500 square feet, while the site area is .788 acres.

The project will include 146 high income condominium units and 19 affordable housing units. The building will feature a public plaza off of 108th that is intended to be used by the public and residents or customers of the project. It also has a landscaped outdoor terrace on the second level that could be used by customers as a recreation space.

Construction on the project, “FANA 305”, is planned for completion in 2023.

There is currently a two-story office building, Plaza 305, that will be demolished. The building was built in 1979.
