BLU Bellevue Apartments is currently under construction across the street from Bellevue Downtown Park on 102nd Avenue Northeast. According to the operations manager for the new residential building, the apartments are slated to open in early April 2020.
The building offers one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom and 3 bedroom units for rent, including townhomes. The apartments range in size between 492 square feet and 1,269 square feet. Each unit includes air conditioning, chef-style kitchen, heated toilet seats, master bedroom with walk-in closet, hardwood-style plank flooring throughout and painted millwork.
BLU features a rooftop terrace with fireplace, outdoor TV, grilling stations, 24-hour fitness room, serenity garden, resident media lounge and conference room, electric car charging stations, 24-hour package concierge system, rooftop pet park and more.

Park 99, the upscale restaurant featuring Pacific Northwest Cuisine, previously occupied this location. It opened in 2014 and closed three years later for redevelopment of the building.
