Real estate investment and development company, Fana Group of Companies, submitted an application for a two-phase Master Development Plan approval to the City of Bellevue. The project, “Four 106”, will include office, retail and parking space.
The site is located at the corner of Northeast 4th Street and 106th Avenue Northeast. The existing structures will be demolished. They include two small office buildings and a nine-story office building.
Phase 1 of the development will be a 17-story office building with eight levels of below grade parking. There will be 368,000 square feet of office, 7,570 square feet of ground floor retail and a public commons area that will be 4,470 square feet. The southern part of the site will include a through-block connector to the second phase of the development. The address for the first phase of the project is 350 106th Avenue Northeast.
Phase 2 of the development plan includes a seven story office building with three levels of below grade parking. There will be 166,800 square feet of office space, 5,180 square feet of retail space and 2,640 square feet of a public commons space. The address for the second phase of the project is 10655 Northeast 4th Street.
The development site is located 1/4 of a mile from the future East Link Light Rail, which is planned for completion in 2023.
Fana Group of Companies currently has an application for design review submitted to the City of Bellevue for “FANA 305”, a 33-story mixed-use tower on 108th Avenue Northeast. The high rise will consist of a hotel, restaurant and residential units.
