According to the City of Bellevue, an assisted living facility has been proposed at 121 112th Avenue Northeast. The project, “Holden of Bellevue”, is currently under review for land use and building.

Holden will be a 7-story mixed-use development with 110 assisted living units and 26 memory care units. There is planned to be 2,111 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The building will have 43 parking stalls.

The building that is currently at this location is referred to as “121 Dental Center”. It is next door to the apartment building, Excalibur, and across the street from Virginia Mason Bellevue Medical Center.

The architect for the project is Ankrom Moisan Architects. They design senior housing projects to encompass hospitality, healthcare, a community center and residential space. They want seniors to be able to enjoy amenities and have access to specialized services that cater to aging adults.

Ankrom Moisan Architects have many projects in their portfolio, including Aegis Living in Newcastle, Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails, and housing for Seattle University and the University of Washington.
