Swiftwater Cellars Permanently Closed on Main Street in Bellevue

Swiftwater Cellars is now closed in Bellevue. The restaurant, which was located on Main Street, never reopened after closing due to COVID-19, and now has For Lease signs in the windows.

This was the second location to open for the winery and restaurant, with the other being located in Suncadia. It originally opened its doors in 2017.

The menu featured Northwest ingredients and comfort food flair. The goal was to have the rustic roots of Cle Elum with a modern twist of the city. Owners, Don and Lori Watts came up with the concept after their travels.

Swiftwater Cellars opened in Suncadia in 2010. It features a restaurant, private dining spaces, lounge centered around a rock fireplace, wedding and concert spaces, and a wine making facility.
