According to a City of Bellevue permit, STK Steakhouse is coming to Downtown Bellevue. They will be opening in Lincoln Square, at what was previously Palomino Restaurant and Bar. The address is 610 Bellevue Way Northeast.
The project work includes an interior dining space remodel with interior finishes, interior furnishings, and some equipment replacement.
STK Steakhouse is a top-rated restaurant that combines modern steakhouse and chic lounge. They offer starters like beef tartare, roasted golden & purple beets, Bay scallops & orzo, steak in small, medium, and large, raw bar, shellfish platters, sides like lobster mac & cheese, parmesan truffle fries, and creamed spinach, dessert, and specialty drinks.
They have locations throughout the United States, including Las Vegas, New York, and Chicago. This is the first STK Steakhouse to open in Washington.
Palomino Restaurant and Bar closed in June 2019. The Italian eatery first opened its doors in 2008 at Lincoln Square. Restaurants Unlimited Inc. is the owner of the national restaurant chain.
