McCormick & Schmick’s is permanently closed at Lincoln Square in Bellevue. They were located on the first floor, across the way from The Container Store.

The upscale seafood and steak restaurant chain was open for 15 years in Bellevue. They were known for their seasonally inspired dishes and great happy hour.

Landry’s, Inc. bought the chain in 2012. Since then, the number of restaurants had grown, and they were able to uphold their standard of providing the freshest seafood.

According to a representative at The Bellevue Collection, McCormick & Schmick’s did not renew their lease as soon as it was up in July.

The seafood restaurant joins Lot 3, Purple, Cast Iron Studios, and Swiftwater Cellars in recent closures located in Downtown Bellevue.
