New renderings have been released of Pinnacle Apartments, located at 1036 100th Avenue Northeast. The apartment building began construction over the summer of 2020.
In September 2019, we first reported plans for the new apartment complex. The development’s location is one block from QFC and next to Lux Apartments.
The project, which is currently under design review, includes a six-story multi-family residential building with 101 units and below-grade parking for 112 parking stalls. The ground floor will include an entrance lobby and fitness room for building residents.
Pinnacle Apartments was originally slated to reach completion by the end of 2021, but may be pushed back due to the pandemic.
