The project, “Plaza 200”, is proposed to be an eight-story, 180 unit mixed-use residential building with 5,200 square feet of ground floor retail and service uses. The project includes three levels of below-grade parking with 150 spaces.

The development would be located on the southwest portion of a block that is bounded by NE 4th Street on the north, 106th Avenue NE on the east, NE 2nd Street on the south, and 105th Avenue NE on the west.

“Plaza 200” is planned to total 32,130 square feet. The site currently contains two buildings, including a one-story retail building with multiple tenants (200 Plaza), and a one-story retail building. Some of the current stores include Lawrence the Florist, Omega Photo, and Bellevue Fireplace Shop.

Construction of the proposed project could begin in September 2022 with occupancy occurring by July 2024.
