A new tenant will be going into Brio Apartments. Crepe Legend, an eatery featuring sweet handcrafted crepes and serves as an Asian and Mexican Grill, will be opening at a new space within the apartment building. The address is 11130 Northeast 10th Street, Suite 210.
They fast-casual restaurant serves up Asian-influenced savory crepes with some Mexican flavors. Their goal is to provide healthier food offerings to their customers without comprising taste.
The menu includes sweet crepes, salad, and rice bowls. Four different steps are featured, including, choosing a bowl, salad, or savory crepe roll like jasmine rice or tortilla chips, choosing an entree like Kung Pao chicken breast or black pepper beef, choosing sides like edamame, shredded cheese, or iceberg lettuce, and choosing a sauce like sweet and sour or spicy mayonnaise.
The restaurant space will be 926 square feet. The build-out includes a seating area, server/prep area, and new walls & doors. The proposed construction will cost $400,000. Magellan Architects was hired for the project.
Crepe Legend is also located in Tukwila at Southcenter Mall. This location opened in 2021.
A bakery is also opening soon at Brio Apartments, Farine Bakery. They specialize in baked foods and bistro fare. There will be a barista station and dining room at the location.
Brio Apartments opened in 2018. The building features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.
