MARI, High-rise luxury condo building on NE 10th Street in Bellevue
High-rise condo building on NE 10th St. is now under construction. Create World Real Estate has hired MZA as the architect and B + H for interior design.

A new boutique luxury collection of condominiums, MARI, will be going on sale in spring 2023. The building will offer studios, 1-, 2-. And 3-bedroom living spaces.

The condo building will be 17 stories with 138 homes in total and specific floors dedicated to amenities and retail space. There will also be three levels of below-grade parking with 160 stalls.

According to the website, the living areas will be made up of matte wood floors and 9- to 12-feet-tall windows. Appliance grades rise with elevation from MARI Select (levels 3-15), MARI Air (levels 16-18), to the MARI Penthouse Residences on level 19.

The residences feature views, custom Italian kitchen cabinetry with paneled refrigerator and dishwasher doors, shower jets, and porcelain or stone tile work in the bathroom.

Amenities for the building include access to the 20th-floor rooftop, the SkyClub at MARI, a private parlor with full kitchen, and fireplace and double-height ceilings, as well as a landscaped SkyDeck at MARI with Flame Grill Stations. Peak Fitness Center and Harmony Yoga Studio are a part of the wellness program and 24-hour concierge.

Located at 10232 Northeast 10th Street, the high-rise tower is located near retail and residential neighborhoods.

MARI is currently under construction, which first began in October 2021.

Create World Real Estate, a Seattle-area real estate firm, is the developer. The lead architect is Bellevue-based MZA, and the designer for the interior space is an award-winning design firm, B + H.
