Russel Wilson and Ciara’s West Bellevue Home officially hit the market in April 2022. When it first went live on the MLS, it was being sold for $28 million. Four months later, in August 2022, the home received a $2 million price reduction. Since that time, it has been sitting on the market for $26 million. The listing is still active and has been as such for 457 days.

Sitting on just over 1 acre of land, the home resides in the Meydenbauer community of West Bellevue. The address is 905 Shoreland Drive Southeast.

The waterfront estate is surrounded by Seattle skyline views, as well as private beaches and gardens. Featuring a tram to the lake’s edge, the dock includes space for four boats, including a 60’ yacht.

There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in total. The main level features a 20-foot tall entry rotunda, as well as an epicurean kitchen with an 8-burner stove and 14-foot prep island. The square footage of the inside of the property is 11,104 square feet.

Notable details include the home’s professional gym, yoga studio, sport court, play structure, and multiple patios.

The couple listed their property after Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos. They first purchased the home in August 2015 for $6.7 million before doing an extensive remodel.

905 Shoreland Drive is being listed by Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Company.

  1. 6 br and ba total is why it’s not selling. 11000 sq ft you should have 6 br AND 6 ba for 12 “in total’

  2. 🤔🤔🤔6 bedrooms & 1 bath??

  3. Idk where you read 1 bath. It says above there is 6 bedrooms and 7 baths. : )

  4. I’m going out on a limb and saying the $26M probably is the most significant factor….

Can he rent it out to me for both business and residence. I promise to take care of it very well for 7 years by the time he sells it, it will be more that he anticipated.
I can only afford $8000 per month.
I don’t live far from his address
Let’s talk once you get this message.

  6. I bought an extra Powerball ticket today because first thing I would do is make an offer.

  8. Hmm. try removing the basketball hoop in the front. It is throwing the whole luxury look in the front off. 😩😩

  9. Bought for $6.2M remodeled, now $28M…. That’s some remodel.

  10. The price is the issue. I read an article that said what he originally paid and it was a lot lower, he more than doubled the price. It will take a specific buyer who is a huge fan to pay that price. Even if I had the money, I would want more than an acre at that price.

  11. DC, it states IN THIS ARTICLE what he paid eight years ago, but you’re right — he’s probably asking $10million too much. Mark it down to $15-16 mil and it’ll sell.

  12. This is what happens when you have too many agents and advisors. Russ will do fine. Amazing property but not tech mogul chic.
