Russell Wilson and Ciara’s Bellevue home recently closed after being on the market for 743 days. The official price that it sold for is $21.25 million. Wilson’s home hit the market after he was traded to the Denver Broncos from the Seattle Seahawks.
The original asking price for the home two years ago was $28 million. It then went pending in April at a list price of $24.9 million, after multiple price reductions.
Russell and Ciara originally bought the home in August 2015 for $6.7M. It underwent an extensive remodel upon Wilson’s purchase.
The estate sits on almost two acres of private beaches and gardens, with views of the Seattle skyline. The waterfront estate also features a tram to the lake’s edge and a dock with space for four boats, including a 60’ yacht. It also includes a professional gym, yoga stdio, sport court, play structure, dock, and double jet ski lift. Multiple patios, terraced gardens, and beachside outlooks can be found around the property.
Located at 905 Shoreland Drive Southeast, in the community of Meydenbauer, the home was listed by Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Company.
The former Broncos football player also recently sold his Denver home for $21.5 million after being traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
