King Leroy and Great State Burger in Bellevue

King Leroy, a classic Northwest bar known for its cold beers, craft cocktails, sandwiches, and wings, has opened a second location at the Lincoln South Food Hall in Bellevue. The first King Leroy bar is located on 7th Avenue in Seattle. This new Bellevue location is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

King Leroy is a 21+ establishment that serves breakfast all day. The menu includes items such as a hash brown, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich served on a buttered English muffin. Guests can also enjoy various potato dishes, including a chili baked potato, as well as starters like chips and queso, chili cheese fries, and taco salad. Additionally, customers have the option to order from the Great State Burger menu.

Great State Burger, also located at Lincoln South Food Hall, offers a variety of burgers, crinkle-cut fries, and breaded onion rings. Both King Leroy and Great State Burger emphasize organic, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients. It is also located in Bellevue Square and has recently opened its second Bellevue location at Lincoln Square South. The two establishments are connected within the Food Hall, allowing guests to easily access both menus.

The Lincoln South Food Hall, situated on the second level of Lincoln Square, reopened in June 2023 with five new dining concepts: Drip Tea, Seoul Bowl, West Coast Tacos, Wonderbowl, and Burbs Burgers. The Food Hall had previously closed in March 2022 for a concept refresh, during which ownership changed from Ascend Hospitality Group to Kemper Development Company. The hall originally opened in 2018.

Burbs Burgers, which opened in August 2023, previously occupied the space now home to King Leroy and Great State Burger. The founder of Burbs Burgers, Josh Henderson, is also behind Great State Burger, as well as other well-known restaurants like Hollywood Tavern, Trophy Pizza, and Westward.

Conscious Hospitality Group is planning to introduce three new restaurant concepts at Lincoln South Food Hall in the near future. These concepts will include a nonalcoholic seltzer bar, a Detroit-style Korean pizzeria, and a salad, sandwich, and juice bar, further expanding the variety of dining options available at the Food Hall.
