TOASTED., a new bagel and coffee shop, is set to open at Soma Towers in November. The shop will occupy the space located at 288 106th Avenue Northeast.

Bellevue will be the second location for TOASTED., which originally opened in the University District of Seattle less than three months ago. The menu features Mediterranean-inspired bagel sandwiches, with handcrafted bagels made fresh daily. The company emphasizes the use of high-quality ingredients, such as pears from Eastern Washington and olive oil from Jerusalem.

TOASTED. was founded by two first-generation entrepreneurs: Jaafar Altameemi, who is from Iraq and Egypt, and Murat Akyuz, who is from Istanbul, Turkey. The menu includes unique items influenced by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors. Popular offerings include chai, Spanish, and lavender honey lattes, as well as menu items like TurkeyBEC and TOASTED. Lox.

FogRose was previously located at this location and was an ice cream boutique known for its fresh, locally sourced ice cream made using liquid nitrogen. This was a smaller concept of the larger restaurant at Soma Towers North.

In addition to Toasted, Xiao Chi Jie is another food option in the same area, offering Chinese street food and partnering with Kung Fu Tea for bubble tea. Kung Fu Tea is located in the southern corner of the Xiao Chi Jie space.
