Fashion Week at The Bellevue Collection celebrated its 20th anniversary this past weekend, raising a total of $106,000 for two local nonprofit organizations. The event took place on September 26 and 27 and featured runway shows highlighting fall fashion trends from Bellevue retailers as well as designs created by local students.

This year’s fundraising surpasses the $96,000 raised in 2024. Of the total, $63,000 will go to WWIN (Washington Women in Need), and $43,000 will support Sports In Schools.

Since its launch in 2005, Fashion Week has raised more than $1.5 million for community organizations. The Bellevue Collection donates 100 percent of ticket sales from the shows to nonprofit partners that provide services in health, education, the arts, and social programs.

The Trend Takeover Runway Show benefited Sports In Schools, which works to give students in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties access to athletics through scholarships, equipment grants, and program support.

The Collective Runway Show raised money for WWIN, a nonprofit that provides scholarships and career resources to Washington women. Since 1992, WWIN has awarded more than $21 million in grants across the state.

A new addition to this year’s lineup was the New & Next Student Designer Showcase, which offered emerging designers the opportunity to present their work alongside established fashion brands.

The Bellevue Collection noted that the fundraising efforts were made possible by community participation and ongoing support from the Kemper Freeman family.
