Paris Baguette has opened a new bakery inside Salesforce Tower in downtown Bellevue, marking the brand’s first location in the city. The café is located at 929 108th Avenue Northeast on the tower’s retail level and is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Paris Baguette is a South Korean multinational bakery brand owned by SPC Group and headquartered in Seoul. The brand is known worldwide for its freshly baked breads, pastries, cakes, and coffee drinks, blending French-inspired baking techniques with South Korean flavors.
While this is its first Bellevue location, Paris Baguette already operates other Washington cafés in Redmond, Tukwila, and Lynnwood.
The Bellevue bakery offers a broad selection of baked goods, along with breakfast and lunch items and a full coffee and beverage menu. Offerings range from classic pastries and croissants to cakes, donuts, and both sweet and savory baked items, with flavors that reflect the brand’s French and Korean influences.
Breakfast options include baked items and sandwiches, while lunch offerings feature salads, sandwiches, and wraps. The beverage menu includes hot and iced coffee drinks, as well as specialty and frozen beverages.
Paris Baguette was founded in 1988 and became the first Korean bakery brand to open an international store in China, which remains one of its largest markets. Today, the brand operates more than 4,000 locations across 14 countries, including markets throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States.
The space was previously occupied by Sam’s Tavern, which first opened at the location in 2019.
