Joe & the Juice will open its newest Bellevue Square location on Friday, February 27, marking the brand’s third store in the Seattle area and its first on the Eastside.
The 1,500-square-foot space will bring Joe & the Juice’s Scandinavian-inspired atmosphere to downtown Bellevue, offering quick and quality options.
To celebrate opening day, guests can enjoy good music, samples, and exclusive merchandise for the first 100 visitors. All guests who visit during the opening weekend, Friday through Sunday, will also receive a free coffee or matcha with any purchase.
The Bellevue Square location will feature the brand’s signature coffee, fresh-pressed juices, and popular menu items, including the Tunacado and Steak Sandwich, as the company continues its expansion across the U.S.
Joe & the Juice was founded in 2002 by Kaspar Basse in Copenhagen. The former athlete launched the brand, intending to make nutritious food both flavorful and accessible, drawing inspiration from Starbucks’ approach to transforming coffee culture. Today, the company operates locations worldwide.
The new store will be located on the second level of Bellevue Square in a space created by combining two former storefronts: Great State Burger and Starbucks.
Great State Burger originally opened at Bellevue Square in 2018 before closing that location and reopening at Lincoln Square South inside the Lincoln South Food Hall. Starbucks relocated in May 2024 to a nearby space between Aveda and Saje Natural Wellness, featuring a more modern design.
Joe & the Juice currently operates two Seattle locations, one at University Village and another at Amazon’s headquarters on 7th Avenue.
