BODYROK Pilates Opening at Bellevue Collection December 2026

BODYROK, a boutique fitness studio offering full-body strength training group classes, is set to open a location at The Bellevue Collection in December 2026. The studio recently filed building permits with the city.

The Bellevue studio will bring BODYROK’s signature reformer-based workout to downtown Bellevue, joining a growing list of Pacific Northwest locations as the franchise expands into the greater Seattle area.

“We saw an incredible opportunity to invest in the growth of Bellevue and offer something new… a boutique fitness studio built on real community, consistent programming and results people can actually see,” said Erika Whalen, franchise owner. “Beyond the BODYROK workout, we support local sports teams, schools and small businesses. Every city deserves a place where friends can work out together and a business that gives back to the people around it. That’s what we’re bringing to Bellevue.”

The Bellevue location is one piece of a larger regional rollout. BODYROK opened a studio in Queen Anne on August 8, and additional locations are planned for Ballard and U Village later this year.

“Bellevue is part of a much bigger push into the greater Seattle area,” Whalen said. “We just opened our Queen Anne studio this past weekend, on August 8, and we’ll be opening in Ballard and U Village later this year. Over the next two years, we’re planning to open close to a dozen studios across the greater Seattle area.”

BODYROK describes its workout as Pilates redesigned, combining high-intensity, low-impact exercises on a custom reformer manufactured in the United States. Classes run 45 minutes and blend traditional reformer movements with strength training segments, set to curated music under dynamic studio lighting. The brand offers seven class themes, each targeting a full-body workout with a specific area of focus.

Founded in 2012, BODYROK has expanded to nearly 100 studios worldwide, with locations across the U.S. and in London. The company also operates a franchise model for prospective studio owners.
