According to the Seattle Food Truck website several food trucks plan to congregate within the Barnes and Noble parking lots on Friday’s from 11AM – 2PM. The food trucks currently planned to be present include:
- Off the Rez – Native American inspired cuisine, which includes Indian tacos and fry bread
- Peasant Food Manifesto – Global fusion comfort food.
- Napkin Friends – Jewish food, specializing in sandwiches where latkes replace the bread.
- Poke to the Max – Hawaiian dishes, featuring lots of Poke.
The address for the Barnes and Noble parking lot is 620 106th Ave NE in Bellevue. The food truck schedule will become expanded in downtown Bellevue if the attendance proves out to be successful according to a recent article in the Seattle Met.
