According to City of Bellevue records the Key Bank Building in downtown Bellevue at 10655 NE 4th St could be demolished in favor of a larger development, named Four 106, which encompasses several towers.
The first-phase of the three-phase project could be completed by the Spring of 2018, which is proposed to have two towers consisting of 270 apartments with 329 parking spaces. These towers are currently proposed to be 22 and 27 stories. The location where these will be constructed is at the corner of NE 4th and 106th Ave. Other towers include a hotel, retail, and potentially office space.
The developer, Fana Group of Companies plans for the nine-story Key Bank Building that was constructed in 1971 slated to be demolished as a part of the third-phase in 10 years.
