Vivo 53, an artisanal Italian pizzeria opened on Monday at The Bellevue Collection. The restaurant takes great pride in their crust, which is built from scratch. The crust went through four yeas of testing and multiple bakers before the recipe and process were created.
“I can honestly say that our dough is unique”, says Vivo 53 Operating Partner and General Manager, Michael Howard. “The crust had to be perfect with exact rise and flakiness, crunch, soft buttery interior and rich taste.”
Pizza at Vivo 53 will be baked in the wood-burning oven, the centerpiece of the dining room. In addition to pizza you can expect antipasti, salads, paninis, pastas, and more.
