According to both outdoor signage and the Il Terrazzo Carmine Facebook page, the Smeraldo Family will open their a new fine dining restaurant, Carmine’s in September. The restaurant will be located in Bellevue just off Old Main against the south side of Bellevue Downtown Park.
According to a representative of the restaurant more information will be made available closer to the opening in September.
The announcement of this restaurant was originally reported in January of 2015.
