As the Downtown core of Bellevue continues to flourish, so too does Kemper Development’s Bellevue Collection portfolio. As a high-end mixed use development you would be hard pressed to find a better environment as a consumer.

With the recent emergence of Luck Strike Lanes joining the likes of The Parlor, McCormick & Schmick’s, Lincoln Square Cinemas and many others, one large vacancy remains.

The vacancy is contiguous to Lucky Strike and adjacent to the sky bridge connecting to Bellevue Place. On the 2nd floor, the 29,415 square foot space, unoccupied nor leased is currently priced at $35 per square foot on an annual basis. As the most prime retail availability in the city it will be exciting to see which retailer will land there, hopefully enhancing the emerging nightlife scene in Bellevue.

  1. I’d like to see another bar go here.

  2. How about a Dave & Buster’s? It’s similar to Jillians but with less emphasis on pool and more on games. May be too redundant with Parlor or maybe not posh enough for Lincoln Square but I’ve been hoping to see them open one up in the area. I was thinking the mostly vacant 2nd floor of the Galleria would’ve been a good locaiton for a D&B as well but it sounds like that space is now going to be converted to offices.

  3. There’s also a big vacant space at the ground level between the Container Store and Trader Vic’s. Great visibility for that site since it’s right on Bellevue Way. The drawback is that its not accessible from the atrium.

  4. How about something like ESPN Zone or Fox Sports Grill? Gameworks (or whatever they changed their name to) might also work. Just make sure they are open past 9 PM.

  5. The ESPN Zone is actually a pretty good idea! Very “un Bellevue like” but would do very well!

Those gameworks places have a hard time staying in business. But maybe a new and improved type of project like this would be a homerun in Lincoln Square!

  6. I would love to see a fun Sports Bar there! There is no real community place big enough for people to go enjoy watching games on TV. Even some place like The Ram wouldn’t be a bad addition. Fox Sports Grill would make more sense than ESPN Zone because of the local FSN here.

  7. Maybe John Howie can bring his Sport Restaurant & Bar in Seattle to Bellevue. Lincoln Square would make a perfect location!

  8. “emerging nightlife science in Bellevue”

I think you mean nightlife scene.

  9. A Benihanna restaurant would be awesome.

  10. Virgin Megastore!!!!
