Located at 12727 Northup Way, SpringVuew Townhomes project has recently applied for Design Review and Master Development Plan approval from the City of Bellevue. It is aiming to construct a 16-building, 91-unit townhome development on a 5.24-acre site within the BelRed Residential zoning district.

The SpringVue Townhomes project is strategically positioned, being just three blocks away from The Spring District. This location not only offers convenience but also underscores Bellevue’s ongoing urban expansion.

Core Design Inc., an architectural firm, has taken the reins of designing this project. With expertise in planning, landscape architecture, urban design, civil engineering, and surveying services, Core Design Inc. is building a development that blends aesthetics and functionality.

The applicant behind this significant development is T.D. Holdings, LLC, a company that is ready to invest in Bellevue’s continued growth. Their proposal envisions the construction of 16 buildings, which will house 91 townhome units, catering to the evolving needs of the city’s residents.

Currently occupying the 5.24-acre site is a two-story wood-framed building, which serves as office space. As part of the development plan, this existing structure will be demolished to make way for the townhomes that will comprise SpringVue Townhomes.

The SpringVue Townhomes project demonstrates Bellevue’s commitment to urban development. Its proximity to The Spring District offers the close proximity of a transit-oriented development and neighborhood.
