As the Lunar New Year approaches, The Bellevue Collection is getting ready to celebrate the
Year of the Dragon. The Lunar New Year, which marks the first new moon of the lunar calendar,
is a festival celebrated by various Asian communities, including the Chinese, Korean, and
Vietnamese. Find ways to celebrate throughout Bellevue Square and beyond, including music, displays, and delectable bites.

Lunar New Year Celebration at Bellevue Square on February 3, 11 am – 6 pm

The main event of the Lunar New Year celebrations will be held at Bellevue Square, where an
array of festivities is set to take place on February 3, from 11 am to 6 pm. Visitors can
experience live performances encompassing martial arts, music, dance, and visual arts. Bellevue Square will come alive with the colors and sounds of the Lunar New Year, creating a
special event for attendees of all ages.

Lunar New Year Decor and Displays (January 16 – February 4)

From January 16 to February 4, Bellevue Square will be adorned with Lunar New Year décor,
creating a festive ambiance. Additionally, visitors can find a Lunar New Year Pop Spot
in Center Court for a fun photo opportunity. Traditional Chinese garments and artifacts will be
on display on the first level, offering a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage associated with
Lunar New Year.

Engaging Activities for All Ages

For families looking to engage in hands-on Lunar New Year activities, Bellevue Square has it
covered. Starting from January 29, families can pick up a dragon craft and red envelopes for
the kids at Guest Services, while supplies last. On the main celebration day, February 3, from 11
am to 6 pm, guests can enjoy various activities, including giveaways, arts &
crafts, and more.

Lunar New Year Dining Guide

The Bellevue Collection’s Lunar New Year Dining Guide offers a curated selection of the
region’s finest Asian and Asian-inspired eateries. Whether you prefer quick sips and bites from
places like Chamei Matcha and Me + Crêpe or desire a sit-down experience at Baron’s Sino
