Seattle is currently hosting its much-anticipated Cocktail Week, running through March 10th. This citywide event brings together local bars and the world’s finest liquor brands, showcasing an array of cocktails that highlight the diverse and vibrant drinking scene of the greater Seattle area.
Happening during the week is the Carnival of Cocktails, a must-visit for anyone looking to taste, learn, and enjoy the art of cocktail making. It is scheduled for March 9th from 12 pm to 7 pm at the Seattle Center’s Exhibition Hall & Fisher Pavilion.
The Carnival of Cocktails is an immersive experience. Attendees will be greeted by pop-up cocktail bars, engaging tasting sessions, educational opportunities, and a chance to experience new flavors and techniques firsthand. With each ticket holder receiving 12 tasting tokens, participants will choose between spirit tastings or mini cocktails.
Adding an educational twist to the week, the Bartender’s Circle Summit offers a deep dive into bar and hospitality management. Scheduled for March 4th and 5th at The Seattle Center Armory, this annual summit is an opportunity for industry professionals and enthusiasts.
Throughout the week, attendees can enjoy a variety of masterclasses, savor delicious offerings from food trucks, and try over 200 spirits.
Participating Bellevue bars include Civility & Unrest, Rouge Cocktail Lounge, Adrian’s Restaurant & Tequila Bar, 13 Coins, Forum Social House, Castilla Restaurant and Tapas Bar, STK Steakhouse, Japonessa Sushi Cocina, and Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi.
