Sustainable jewelry brand, Monica Vinader, is opening its first Seattle boutique as part of its global expansion plan. Once finished, it will be open on the first level of Nordstrom Bellevue, as part of the department store’s remodel.
The Nordstrom Boutique will be open in time for Mother’s Day, on Saturday, April 27th. This will be the 24th store and that Monica Vinader will open globally and the 4th store in the United States.
The boutique will feature jewelry from its different collections, alongside designs exclusive to Nordstrom. It will also offer in-store services including welding, piercing, engraving, and monogramming. Customers can permanently decorate their wrist with custom-measured solid gold chains with the option of adding charms.
The expert piercers on-hand offer up to three piercings per appointment, including styling tips and aftercare advice.
The boutique will also offer same-day engraving and monogramming services.
Nordstrom began carrying Monica Vinader in 2015. The brand can now be found at 71 stores across the United States.
‘We are thrilled to be building on our successful partnership with Nordstrom by expanding our in-store experience to our loyal Seattle community for the very first time. It will be an honor to welcome both new and existing customers through the door and offer them a full brand experience’ – Monica Vinader
To celebrate opening weekend April 27-28, the brand will be offering complimentary gifts with purchase and handing out tote bags to the boutique’s first 250 customers. The celebrations will then continue on May 4, 11am-5pm, with the chance to win welded bracelets throughout the day.
Nordstrom Bellevue recently completed its remodel. The 285,000 square foot department store that spans across three levels, has a contemporary aesthetic and an array of new additions. The newly revamped space guarantees an immersive shopping experience, from a dedicated Stylist Lounge, to beauty services including a Drybar Studio and Brow Services at Beauty Haven.
