Sizzle & Crunch Vietnamese Grill has opened a new location at Amazon’s 1001 Office Towers in Bellevue. The restaurant is located at 10438 Northeast 10th Street, next to The Redd Dog.
The fast-casual eatery serves Vietnamese street food using house-made ingredients and a counter-service format. Food is grilled in small batches. The menu includes rice bowls, bánh mì sandwiches, salads, vermicelli bowls, and house specials such as slurping noodles and a house pork plate.
This is the third Sizzle & Crunch location. The other two are in Seattle’s University District and South Lake Union. This is the first location on the Eastside. A fourth location is planned for Tukwila.
The Bellevue location is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Retail parking is available in the underground parking lot of 1001 Office Towers.
The Vietnamese restaurant is next to The Redd Dog, a self-serve pub that offers beer, wine, cider, and pub food. The pub, which opened in April 2024, is dog-friendly and sells treats as well as a food menu designed for dogs.
