The City of Bellevue has approved a new residential project, Camellia Lane Townhomes, set to bring 18 new homes to the Bel-Red neighborhood. Located at 12951 NE Bellevue-Redmond Road, the development will replace an existing two-story office building and surface parking on the one-acre site.
The project will feature three four-level townhome buildings, each with a mix of three- and four-bedroom units. Every unit will include an attached one-car garage, with four additional guest parking spaces on site.
Between two of the buildings, a 1,206-square-foot play area will provide outdoor space for children.
Designed by Board & Vellum and developed by Pulte Homes of Washington, Inc., the townhomes will feature contemporary Pacific Northwest-inspired architecture with colors and materials meant to reflect the local style.
The site is located approximately a quarter mile from the Bel-Red/130th Light Rail Station and less than a mile from the Spring District Station, offering convenient access to public transit.
All existing buildings and infrastructure on the site will be demolished to make way for the new development.
