A new health optimization and longevity center has opened in downtown Bellevue. Next Health Bellevue is now open at Lincoln Square North, located at 10425 NE 8th St.

The center opened with a launch weekend scheduled from March 5 through March 8.

Next Health describes itself as a health optimization and longevity center focused on proactive, personalized care. The company states that its philosophy is rooted in the belief that health is not simply the absence of disease but the presence of vitality. Its model emphasizes data-driven testing and individualized plans designed to help clients improve overall wellness and long-term health outcomes.

The company was founded in 2016 by Darshan Shah and Kevin Peake, who set out to create a different model of care focused on optimizing health rather than primarily treating illness.

“Our mission is to empower people to achieve optimal vitality and longevity through our personalized, data-driven approach to health optimization,” the company states.

Shah, a physician with more than two decades of medical experience, said the concept emerged from a desire to shift how people interact with the healthcare system.

“I wanted to reimagine how patients interact with the healthcare system,” Shah said. “Our model is based on being a more active participant in your own health. It is so encouraging and humbling for me to see people come in every day saying, ‘You’ve changed my life,’ and that’s what gives us the drive to move forward and do more with Next Health.”

Peake, the company’s co-founder and president, described the concept as a proactive approach to personal health management.

“It is really the first of its kind as a health optimization center,” Peake said. “Our clients are not waiting for a doctor to diagnose them 20 years down the line. They are saying today, ‘I am going to make sure I feel as good as possible, and I am going to extend my lifespan and healthspan for as long as possible. When you optimize your health, you optimize everything about your life across the board.’”

Next Health’s first location opened in West Hollywood and introduced services such as personalized testing, cryotherapy, and IV therapy as part of its preventative health model.

Current locations span several regions across the United States, including California, Chicago, Hawaii, and Florida, as well as Vancouver, Canada.

The Bellevue location offers a range of services focused on preventative and personalized health care. These include therapeutic plasma exchange, executive physicals, hormone optimization, EBOO therapy, ozone therapy, NAD+ therapy, laboratory testing through Next Labs, IV therapy, functional medicine consultations, weight optimization programs, and vitamin shots.
