Databricks Grows Puget Sound Presence to 270,000 Sq Ft with New Bellevue Lease

Databricks Inc. has signed a lease for 160,000 square feet at Four106, a recently completed office tower in downtown Bellevue, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal. The deal marks the San Francisco-based data company’s largest office commitment in Washington state to date and brings its total footprint across the Puget Sound region to more than 270,000 square feet.

The building, located at 380 106th Ave. NE, is a 485,000-square-foot tower completed in 2025, situated approximately half a mile from Bellevue’s downtown light rail station. With new office construction in the area having slowed in recent years, Four106 remains one of the few properties in the downtown core still offering large blocks of available space.

Databricks is not the only major Bay Area company to establish a presence in the building. In April, Uber Technologies Inc. signed a lease for approximately 170,000 square feet at Four106, a deal announced by building owners Patrinely Group and Dune Real Estate Partners. That transaction was among the largest office leases in Bellevue in recent years and expanded Uber’s combined Bellevue and Seattle footprint to more than 285,000 square feet.

Anthropic has also signed on the building. Discussions between Databricks and Uber about occupying a majority of Four106’s office space had begun as early as February.

Four106 offers tenants a fitness center with a gym, studio, and locker rooms, along with a lobby coffee bar. Mendocino Farms, a fast-casual restaurant, opened in an adjacent space last year.
