A new pho shop and Vietnamese cafe is opening in Downtown Bellevue, doubling the count of pho shops to 2 (What the Pho? being the other one).
Pho All Day will be taking over the old space vacated by Chantanee Thai, in the strip mall on 105th which had recently evicted Chantanee Thai, Gregg’s Bellevue Cycle, and many other shops in the hope of building a multi-story apartment in its place (which is currently on hold). Recently, many new businesses have moved in to the previously empty strip mall…but for those of us who crave pho, vermicelli bowls, and Vietnamese delicacies, Pho All Day is a sign of much deliciousness to come. No word on the opening date, but we’ll be watching…oh yes, my stomach and I will be watching.
