Paddy Coyne’s Irish Pub, a local restaurant with locations in Seattle and Tacoma, will occupy the old Koot’s location that has been unoccupied at Lincoln Square since May.
The pub continues to diversify the restaurants in the Bellevue Collection and adds another local restaurant to their repertoire.
Currently there is no set date for Paddy’s to open. The restaurant has not begun the interior remodel and likely will not open until 2009.
